The CSDGP has piloted and established successful shared care programs in the fields of Obstetrics, including Antenatal Shared Care and Postnatal Care,Mental Health and Diabetes/Macrovascular risk factors.

The Division will continue to draw on the experience gained from these programs to maintain and seek further opportunities to expand the integration of health care in central Sydney.

The Division aims to engage and support GPs through a variety of education and service outlets. This includes administrative, accreditation, IT/IM practice incentives and preventative health measures.
